🏗️Phase 2- 162 Plots and 1.0km of infrastructure
🏗️Phase 3- 184 Plots and 1.2km of infrastructure
✅Off-site sewer connection comprising 450m of thrust boring
✅Completion of 278 Works and Infrastructure improvements
✅Delivery of substructures to the neighbourhood centre
It’s been fantastic to see this development take shape over the past few years, transforming from plans on paper into a thriving new community.
