On this 269-home development, our teams have achieved:
✅ 90% of adoptable drainage installed
✅ 65% of adoptable roads completed to binder course level
✅ 55% of foundations completed
✅ 25% of plots handed over, with residents already settled into their new homes
This milestone reflects the hard work, dedication, and teamwork of everyone involved in the project. A huge thank you to all our operatives, supervisors, managers, and supply chain partners for their continued efforts.
