At Tamdown we encourage our teams and everyone across our industry to talk to each other openly. Our people can use our group ‘Wellbeing Champions’ any week they may need to talk.
Our champions were launched in February 2019 and are trained in Mental Health First Aid and are there to support the wellbeing of all our people.
