For FY26, we will be continuing to run our HSQE Awareness Campaigns alongside our wider Health and Safety Initiatives.

Our campaigns will focus on a quarterly HSQE topic, helping to build knowledge, reinforce best practice, and continue the right conversations throughout the business.

Our mission remains unchanged: Zero Harm- ensuring that everyone goes home safe every day. Same mission. Sharper focus.

Together, we’ll continue to raise the standard throughout FY26 💙

🎉2026 marks Tamdown’s 50th Anniversary – a truly special milestone in our company’s journey. 🎉

For five decades we’ve been building more than projects – we’ve been building relationships, trust, and a strong future together.

We’re proud to give back to our local community!

Tamdown recently supported a local school by preparing the ground for their exciting new play area. Our team levelled the area and installed membrane, bark, and sleepers—creating the perfect foundation for the school to complete the play equipment installation.

A huge thank you to Marcus Jones and Mick Rolph for their hard work in making this happen. The finished result looks fantastic and will provide a great space for the children to enjoy!

The school have expressed their gratitude for the support, and it’s brilliant to hear that the children are already enjoying their new play area.

🌳Roots for Foundations🌳

Back in January 2022 we launched our ‘Roots for Foundations’ tree planting campaign, which sponsors the planting of a tree for every foundation that we complete.

In FY25 we sponsored the planting of an impressive 834 trees, meaning from October 2024- September 2025 we completed 834 foundations.

The total number of trees we have sponsored since starting the campaign has reached 4,390!

Through our partnership with ‘The Future Forest Company’ our trees are helping to restore and regenerate the native woodland at Dumyat, Stirling in Scotland.

Reducing emissions is only part of the journey—removing CO₂ from our atmosphere is equally crucial. Through our tree-planting initiative, we’re helping restore balance and making a measurable difference to global CO₂ levels.

This month at Tamdown, we are taking part in Movember. Movember takes place every November and is a global campaign focused on raising awareness for men’s health issues, including:

• Prostate cancer
• Testicular cancer
• Mental Health and Suicide Prevention.

We believe that it is important to raise awareness for these topics amongst our workforce, as at Tamdown we care about everyone’s health and wellbeing- physical and mental. Our people are at the heart of everything we do.

Construction can be a tough environment at times, which is why we are dedicated to creating a culture where everyone feels supported, heard and able to speak openly.
